Processing Time:

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

Undelivered Orders:

If an order is not delivered due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal, it will be returned to us. Shipping charges (forward + return) are non-refundable. For returned orders, you can choose to reship by paying the shipping fee again, or get a refund of the product cost after deducting the shipping charges.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
